Eligibility for Refund

  1. Refund requests are only eligible under the following conditions:
  2. You must request a refund within 7 days from the date of your enrollment or first payment.
  3. The request must be made via the contact email info@kmyacademy.com.
  4. The request must be for the full course or subscription, and partial refunds for individual lessons or portions of the course are not available.
  5. You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content. If you have completed more than 30% of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@kmyacademy.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Provide the following details in your email:
    • Full name
    • Email address used for registration
    • The course(s) you wish to request a refund for
    • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

  1. Promotions and Discounts: If you enrolled using a promotional discount or a special offer, the refund will be processed based on the price you paid, not the original course price.
  2. No Refunds After 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of enrollment will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Special Cases: Refunds may be denied or adjusted in special circumstances, such as fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.

Non-Refundable Fees

Some fees or courses may be non-refundable due to the nature of the service provided. These include:

  1. Administrative fees (if applicable)
  2. Membership or subscription fees that have already been utilized

Termination of Access

If a refund is processed, your access to the course or service will be terminated immediately. You will no longer have access to any course content, live sessions, or other paid features.
